Photoshop Lightroom is a great program, but the screen layout often results in skipping from Grid mode in the Library to the develop module, back to the full screen library view, over to Survey mode, into Crop mode and back again! If you use the mouse to do all of this then your workflow starts to crawl. Here are the most common shortcut keys that you must remember to get your work done efficiently:
- C Compare Mode
- D Develop Module
- E Loupe (large screen Library mode)
- F Full screen (keep pressing F to toggle settings)
- G Grid Module
- I Shows exposure information
- L Lights Out (keep pressing to toggle settings)
- N Survey Mode
- P Pick Flag
- R Crop
- T Toolbar
- U Unpick Flag
- W White Balance Tool, Press W again to hide
- X Reject Flag
- Z Zoom
- Tab Toggle side panels
- Shift Tab Toggle all panels
- Ctrl + [ Rotate Image Left
- Ctrl + ] Rotate Image Right
- Numbers 0 – 5 Star Rating
- Numbers 6,7,8,9 Colour Rating
